When the iis7_plus_setup.bat file finished it will have printed some additional steps that needed to be done.
1. Has the %SQLANY17%\bin64 directory been added to the SYSTEM path?
2. Has the rs.config file been created in the %SQLANY17%\RelayServer\IIS\bin64 directory in the same directory as rs.dll?
3. Was IIS restarted after creating the config file and changing the SYSTEM path?
When you attempt to access the Admin page, is a log file created in %SQLANY17%\RelayServer\IIS\bin64\Log, and if so, what are the contents of the file? When you access the Admin page is any entry made in the IIS log file or HTTPERR log file?
