Inaddition to the Karthik's advice. Sometimes you do not see some movement types under a specific stock category, so just try to copy the original query as test query and remove the stock category E in test query and see if you can get the all the movement types.
Even you can check the data in infoprovider level first, are you able to see the movement types with same selections(including filters used in RKFs) as you are using in query.
