CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR

Hello Experts,

We have material inbound data flowing from ECC(HANA) to APO(HANA).

Since two days user gets a popup in ECC during initial transfer "Inbound Queue blocked" with a short text in it saying

System : ABC001

User : SXR3RU (this is service user)

Function : /SAPAPO/CIF_Prod_Inbound

Text : User is locked. Please notify the resp. person.

We checked the service user SXR3RU and it is not locked since year. Checked the change documents

RFC connections are working fine to and fro.

I checked st22 and found "CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR" which states the same "User is locked"

This issue is since last 2 days earlier we didnt had this issue.

Kindly suggest.
