Just a guess as I did not have the error yet:
In case you are on IBP 6.1, please check in the tile "Maintain Business User" (under Identity and Access Management) whether that settings in Excel are in line with your settings in the Business User
If the settings are in line, than I suggest you open an OSS message, in which you add the log from the folder C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\Temp\log
