I think you should use the HTTP_AAE Adapter, it's available since 7.3 version, I suggest you to create an HTTP to File Synchronous Scenario.

HTTP <---------------------------- SAP PI

HTTP --(Bank Response)--> SAP PI --(FETCHING FILENAME)--> FILE
