Good to see the screen shots.

Please do a simulation run (for off-cycle) for any employee having wage type in IT2010 and expand the payroll log and check inside IF SPRN block of the code (as per your screen shot), whether this wage type is processed in side this block.

Please tick Display Log option (to show the logs).

Because, you specified that, the wage type from IT2010 is getting paid in off-cycle payroll.
