I further do not know if you have a target value at contract header and what the value of CEKKO-GNETW is. In case of target value at contract header this value will be checked, otherwise the cumulated item values will be taken.
If the new value is still hitting the same release strategy then it is not necessary to reset it, and you have not maintained a % to force this.
